My husband, Steve and I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how pleased we are with our new Performance Fiberglass Windows, that your efficient and friendly crew installed mid-August. Now that the weather has changed we have really noticed how well our home is now insulated. We have not had to turn on the heat yet, even though the temperature has dipped close to 40 degrees. I know that we will see a definite decline in our heating bills this winter. Imagine our surprise when we were able to actually sleep in the other morning, because with the windows closed we were undisturbed by the neighbors morning activities! The tilt windows for easy cleaning are a wonderful feature. I feel confident that if I had to wash the windows myself, I could. I want to commend your company and workers. They were all very professional. They arrived at the time they said they would, got right to work and knew their job and did it. They cleaned up afterwards, even sweeping my sidewalk, which was not from their debris, but from my tree. The siding and gutters enhance the house and make it look like a brand new house, not a 1940’s when it was built. My family and neighbors also commented as to the wonderful job your workers did. On behalf of my wife and me, I’m sending this letter to thank the entire Performance Fiberglass Windows & Doors team. We recently had our new windows installed and it was a very good experience. We’d like to personally thank the installation team of Russ, Ken, Ed and Andrew. They were professional and courteous in demeanor, and very efficient in removing our old windows and installing the new ones. They went the extra mile to make sure the mess and debris was kept to a minimum and did a fantastic job in all phases of the installation. We’d also like to thank Melissa at the office for her professional, courteous manner in working with us. We had to re-schedule due to inclement weather, and both my wife and me were growing impatient, without realizing how much was involved. She made sure our appointment was re-scheduled immediately. Thank you Melissa.
Lastly, we’d like to thank Rich Hotea. When we were first looking at getting new windows, we looked around and decided to go with Rich and Performance, because he was very informative, and he listened to what we needed and didn’t try to push more then we wanted. And he provided us with the best price for the product. Since we live in a condo, we had to het approval from the Board of Directors, before we were able to order windows. This was a long, drawn out process, yet Rich remained patient and flexible when we have to switch window types. He too remained very professional and courteous.
We love the Sunrise windows and loved working with everyone at Performance Fiberglass Windows & Doors. As a result of this experience, we’ve been telling all our neighbors to consider Performance Fiberglass Windows & Doors, if they need replacement windows. A couple of them have asked for a business card as a result of our recommendation. We loved working with a smaller company and we feel we got better, more personalized service in all phases, we will definitely use Performance again, if we ever need replacement windows, doors, etc.
